Tiramisu Bundt Cake

Some of you said you would like to see some easier cake recipes. I confess even though, I love to bake from scratch, sometimes I need something fast, and sometimes I have the itch but not the time. Here is a cake recipe totally customizable and easy to throw together…


Tiramisu Bundt Cake
*adapted from this recipe

1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix
1 teaspoon. coffee extract
3 eggs
1 pint Ben and Jerry Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz ice cream

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees
– Beat together pour into greased and floured bunt pan.
– Bake 40 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.
– Let rest for 20 minutes. Turn onto platter and pour glaze on top.


1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 heaping teaspoon instant expresso
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar.

– Stir to combine and pour over cake.


While everyone really liked this cake, they didn’t readily identify it as Tiramisu. Although, they loved the coffee taste. There wasn’t a crumb left..success in my book.
