Out of this World Brownies

Post number one of chocolate week! BROWNIES!!!!. Who loves brownies?!

I do! I have a weakness for them, especially if they are like the Starbucks version – not to sweet, baked but still fudgy-ohhhh yes come to mama. I’m going to let you in on a little secret: I ‘d take brownies over cake any day…….shhhhhhhhhh! Don’t tell anyone that the cake girl would rather have brownies!

These are even pretty easy to make. Beware if you like super sweet brownies these are not for you. They are made with a mixture of bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate. If you like cake like brownies…nope these aren’t for you either….

Just two things before I leave you to debate wether you’re going to delay any plans you may have made for your Saturday to make these out of this world brownies. The first thing : bake them for the time suggested, even if they appear undercooked…The second thing: under absolutely no circumstances will you cut them before they have cooled. Believe me the temptation will be there ( I am speaking from experience here) but as my culinary idol Alton Brown often says… Your patience will be rewarded!…. Happy Saturday!
